Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), branded as Metro Taipei, is a rapid transit system serving the areas of Taipei and New Taipei in Taiwan, operated by the government owned Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, which also operates the Maokong Gondola.

臺北捷運，是服務臺北都會區的大眾捷運系統，路網範圍涵蓋臺北市及新北市（原臺北縣），為臺灣第一座投入營運、也是規模最大的大眾捷運系統，主要功能為提升臺北都市動線和機能，並促進臺北都會區繁榮與發展。

高雄捷運，為臺灣第二座投入營運的城市軌道交通系統、首座機場聯絡軌道系統、首座輕軌運輸系統，以高雄市區為中心，並向高雄市的郊區提供服務，同時也是高雄國際機場的機場聯絡軌道系統，而計劃中的延伸路線亦涵蓋屏東縣、台南市部分地區。

Kaohsiung Metro (Chinese: 高雄大眾捷運系統, 高雄捷運) is a rapid transit and light rail system covering the metropolitan area of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Its rapid transit network is known as Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit or Kaohsiung MRT. Construction of the MRT started in October 2001. The MRT opened in 2008 and the Circular light rail in 2015. Kaohsiung Metro is operated by the Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation (KRTC; Chinese: 高雄捷運公司) under a BOT contract the company signed with the Kaohsiung City Government.

澳門輕軌（葡萄牙語：Metro Ligeiro de Macau、英語：Macao Light Rapid Transit）是澳門的城市軌道交通系統，也是澳門的第一條鐵路。

The Macau Light Rapid Transit (MLRT, Chinese: 澳門輕軌系統; Portuguese: Metro Ligeiro de Macau, MLM) is a mass transit system in Macau and is also the first railway system in Macau. The first phase of the project started construction in February 2012, and the first section of the Taipa line was opened to the public on 10 December 2019. Currently, the Macau Light Rapid Transit is operated by MTR (Macau), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTR.
